Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Kidecuate account and everything stored with it. Here are both ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app
The fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open Kidecuate and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email omaimathabet56@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Kidecuate account".
We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from the account's own email address so that nobody else can delete your data.
What gets deleted
Permanently, and not recoverable:
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your name, chosen buddy and profile settings
- Every lesson in your library, including the generated exercises and games
- Every photo of a lesson page you uploaded
- All progress, scores, stars and streaks
What may briefly remain
- Encrypted backups — purged on their normal rotation, within 30 days of deletion.
- Records we must keep by law — for example transaction records where legally required, kept only as long as the law requires.
- Lesson text already sent to our AI providers — held under their retention policies, described in our Privacy Policy. It carries no name or account identifier.
Just want to remove one lesson?
You don't need to delete the whole account. In the app, open Library, then delete the individual lesson — that removes its record and its uploaded image, and leaves everything else intact.
